Monaghan County Council ( Irish : Comhairle Contae Mhuineacháin ) is the authority responsible for local government in County Monaghan , Ireland . The head of the council has the title of Mayor. 시의회 의장에게는 시장의 직함이 있습니다. The county administration is headed by a Chief Executive , Eamonn O'Sullivan. 카운티 행정부는 Eamonn O'Sullivan 최고 경영자 가 이끈다. The county town is Monaghan town. 카운티 마을 은 모나한 마을입니다.
